June 09, 2021, Trivandrum: Quest Global, a global product engineering and lifecycle services company, recently conducted a vaccination drive in the city and more than 1300 people were vaccinated against Covid-19. The initiative, launched on June 01, was conducted in association with KIMSHEALTH Trivandrum. It was spread over two days and took place at the Quest Global office, Technopark, Trivandrum.
“As the Covid-19 pandemic rages across the country, swift vaccination of the people seems to be the long-term solution to the crisis. To help protect our ecosystem against the virus, we launched this vaccination drive in Trivandrum. We are grateful to KIMSHEALTH Trivandrum for being part of the initiative and supporting us throughout the drive,” said Shrikanth Naik, Global Delivery Head, Quest Global.
“We are also planning similar drives in our other centers such as Gurgaon, Chennai, Belgaum, Hyderabad and Pune. We are aiming to have all Quest Global employees have the first shot in a phased manner by the end of June and fully vaccinated by September end,” Shrikanth added.
Quest Global has been supporting frontline workers since the start of the pandemic, and as part of this initiative, several police officers were also vaccinated from the city. In the past, the company donated personal hygiene kits and sponsored Covid-19 tests for police personnel in Bengaluru.
To support its employees, Quest Global has provided Covid domiciliary care insurance and offers additional time off should they contract Covid. In addition, the company will be covering employee and dependents through its vaccination drives or through reimbursement schemes.
