At Quest Global, we believe doing good business begins with being a good business. That’s why our commitment to Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) isn’t just about corporate responsibility; it’s about our people, our customers, our investors, and the communities in which we live and work. We are determined to leverage our expertise to make the world a better place, by focusing our efforts on three key areas:

Climate action through de-carbonization

As part of minimizing our business impact on the environment, we are adopting renewable and clean energy sources, employing environmentally sound technologies and industrial processes with our customers, consuming resources responsibly, and striving to achieve a land degradation neutral world. Reaching high is always our standard, and ESG is no exception.

Gender equality through advancing women in engineering

Engaging a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive culture at Ques global is our top priority. For us, that begins with focusing on our commitment to bridge the gender gap, increase female representation, and equal opportunities at every level across our organization. We’re also running vocational courses for women in tribal communities to help them upskill and gain employment.

Quality education through supporting the underserved

We believe education is a fundamental right and should be available to everyone. That’s why in 2023 alone, we supported over 3,000 students in primary schools, secondary schools, technical schools and vocational training schools through scholarships, infrastructure development and skill development programs.

Impacting skills to employment

Over the last three years, 2,250+ beneficiaries have been skilled through our vocational reskilling and digital literacy training sponsorships with the help of our NGO partners Nature’s Green Guardian Foundation (NGGF), nasscom, and Y4D. Here are some of their stories:

Jayashre Nene

I’m immensely grateful to the Y4D Foundation and Quest Global for extending their support and enabling me to stand on my own feet. Their assistance not only transformed my life, but it has also empowered me to support my family during challenging times.

Jayshree Nene

Thanks to the financial backing and support of the Y4D foundation and Quest Global, I was able to pursue my education. Before joining the course, I didn’t know anything about PCB (Printed Circuit Board), but with the guidance of dedicated trainers, I quickly grasped the concept and even gained computer literacy. Leveraging the skills I learnt, I’ve been working as an assistant operator at Minda company for the last two years.
