Climate action through de-carbonization
As part of minimizing our business impact on the environment, we are adopting renewable and clean energy sources, employing environmentally sound technologies and industrial processes with our customers, consuming resources responsibly, and striving to achieve a land degradation neutral world. Reaching high is always our standard, and ESG is no exception.
Gender equality through advancing women in engineering
Engaging a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive culture at Ques global is our top priority. For us, that begins with focusing on our commitment to bridge the gender gap, increase female representation, and equal opportunities at every level across our organization. We’re also running vocational courses for women in tribal communities to help them upskill and gain employment.
Quality education through supporting the underserved
We believe education is a fundamental right and should be available to everyone. That’s why in 2023 alone, we supported over 3,000 students in primary schools, secondary schools, technical schools and vocational training schools through scholarships, infrastructure development and skill development programs.

Tackling climate change
To honor our 25th anniversary, we made a commitment to help tackle climate change, by pledging to plant 500,000 trees by 2025 around the world. Thanks to the reforestation program, 113,000 tons of carbon dioxide will be absorbed over the next 20 years.
Energy efficiency recognition
We’re committed to driving a more sustainable and energy-efficient tomorrow. So, we were honored to receive the esteemed State Energy Conservation Award 2023 in the buildings category from Kerala government. Let's continue to sow the seeds of a greener future.
Bridging the gender gap
Our partnership with organizations, such as the Smile Foundation and IEEE, have provided scholarships for hundreds of underrepresented young women, empowering them to pursue their engineering dreams.
Gold award for sustainability
In 2022, Quest Global received the prestigious SEEM award at the National level for Energy Efficiency under the Gold category constituted by SEEM (Society of Energy Engineers and Managers). We’re committed to play our part in building a brighter and more sustainable tomorrow!
Supporting STEM education
Over 17,000+ students from underprivileged communities have benefited from our STEM-related and educational programs, helping them build a better tomorrow.
Impacting skills to employment
Over the last three years, 2,250+ beneficiaries have been skilled through our vocational reskilling and digital literacy training sponsorships with the help of our NGO partners Nature’s Green Guardian Foundation (NGGF), nasscom, and Y4D. Here are some of their stories:
