Acquisition strengthens Quest Global in service offering, and vertical diversification

Quest Global a world leader in diversified engineering solutions has announced the acquisition of NeST Software. This acquisition is a significant move for Quest Global in its diversification strategy for 2020.

This acquisition will

• • Strengthen the width and depth of engineering service offering to Quest Global’s customers in terms of engineering software, embedded systems, mechanical systems and structures

• • Enhance Quest Global’s capabilities in energy and transportation, and add on other verticals such as healthcare, communication & consumer, semiconductor to Quest Global’s portfolio

• • Help Quest Global gain a stronger presence in its core target markets of US, Western Europe and Japan

Founded in April 1995, NeST Software is a premier engineering software services company servicing Fortune 500 clients across US, Japan, Europe and India. With more than 1900 employees NeST Software, like Quest Global, has vast experience in establishing and operating dedicated off shore development centers for global MNCs. The company currently offers product engineering, value engineering and sustenance services across research, development, validation, and in service stages of product life cycle.
