Arvind Singh is a global engineering leader with over two decades of experience in product engineering, embedded systems, and large-scale engineering delivery across industries including automotive, rail, industrial, semiconductor, energy, and medical technology.
He currently serves as General Manager and Global Horizontal Practice Leader – Embedded Device Engineering at Quest Global, where he focuses on strengthening engineering capability across business units and enabling the next phase of engineering transformation. His work centers on helping engineering organizations evolve from traditional service delivery models toward platform-driven, intelligence-led engineering.
Over the course of his career, Arvind has progressed from hands-on system architecture and product engineering roles to leading global teams responsible for complex, safety-critical product development and digital engineering initiatives. He has led multidisciplinary engineering programs, built engineering centers of excellence, and supported customers in developing next-generation embedded systems and product platforms.
Arvind is particularly interested in the role of AI-enabled engineering intelligence, where insights from design, validation, manufacturing, and field operations can be integrated to create closed-loop learning systems that improve product reliability, cost efficiency, and time-to-market. He frequently works with engineering and business leaders to explore how digital technologies can reshape product lifecycle engineering and create long-term competitive advantage.
