Avinash Seegehalli

Avinash Seegehalli is AVP and Semiconductor Frontend Competency Leader at Quest Global. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he brings deep expertise across 3D, media, and display domains, with strong hands-on experience in ASIC design and validation.

Before joining Quest Global, Avinash spent more than two decades at Intel Corporation, where he held multiple engineering leadership roles, including Director of Engineering. He led frontend teams across RTL, validation, and DFX, and managed development programs spanning Ethernet subsystems for Xeon-D product lines and next-generation PMIC SoCs. He also led collaborative development efforts across India and the United States.

Avinash holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and completed executive education at University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
