Bhimender Saini is a semiconductor engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience in SoC design, physical design, and large-scale semiconductor program delivery. He currently serves as Associate Vice President and PD/DFT Competency Lead for the Semiconductor Vertical at Quest Global, where he focuses on strengthening design implementation capabilities and advancing engineering excellence across complex chip programs.
Over the course of his career, Bhimender has contributed to more than 20 successful SoC tapeouts spanning applications from smartphone platforms to large-scale server-class designs on advanced technology nodes. His expertise spans the full semiconductor design lifecycle, including RTL handoff, physical design, design for test (DFT), power and timing optimization, and post-silicon considerations. Prior to joining Quest Global, Bhimender held senior engineering leadership roles at leading semiconductor companies including Intel Corporation, MediaTek, Qualcomm, and STMicroelectronics. He has built and led global teams of more than 200 engineers and has played a key role in establishing design competency centers and scaling high-impact semiconductor programs.
Bhimender is particularly interested in advancing semiconductor design productivity through improved methodologies, ecosystem collaboration, and the integration of AI-enabled engineering workflows.
