Jayachandran Nair R is Strategic Initiatives Leader for Hi-Tech vertical at Quest Global, Trivandrum. Known for his innovative thinking, Nair is passionate about finding out-of-the-box solutions to real world problems. His career started on a humble note as a field technical support engineer, but in just a couple of years he graduated to become an R&D engineer. Under his leadership, he has developed several successful products for domestic and international markets that have proven their mettle in the field. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from BITS, Pilani and Diploma in Electronics from State Board of Technical Education, Kerala, India.
