Noushad K. Aliar is an engineering leader in the MedTech and healthcare space, with deep experience across medical imaging, critical care products, and complex system development. He currently serves as Associate Vice President – MedTech & Healthcare at Quest Global, where he focuses on building high-performance engineering teams and driving product excellence across hardware, software, and systems. With over two decades of experience, Noushad has held senior leadership roles at global Medical devices OEMs , leading R&D for MRI, X-ray, anaesthesia, and respiratory care platforms.

His work spans new product introduction, lifecycle management, product sustenance, technology migration, and value engineering, always with a strong emphasis on quality and customer outcomes.
