Ravalnath Kamath

Ravalnath Kamath is Vice President at Quest Global, where he currently leads the Global Resourcing Group, spanning Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, and university relationships. With over 26 years at Quest Global, he has held leadership roles across delivery, consulting, and sales, including serving as Delivery Head for Southeast Asia and Japan.

Ravalnath brings extensive experience in managing large, global teams across Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific. His background covers sales, project management, M&A, commercial strategy, and technical delivery, with industry exposure across aerospace, energy, oil and gas, and transportation. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Design Engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, contributing to landing gear design.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Mangalore University, Ravalnath is known for taking over transformational projects and developing high performance teams across the globe.
