Shruti Khatri

Shruti Khatri is a Technical Architect specializing in Rail Control and Protection Systems at Quest Global. With an MTech in Information Technology from Banasthali University, she blends technical expertise with a deep passion for engineering as both a profession and a lifelong pursuit.

Raised in a God-fearing joint family and educated at an all-girls Christian school, Shruti developed resilience and discipline early on. Her career includes significant roles at Bharat Electronics Ltd. and NAVAL DRDO, where she contributed to India’s pioneering defense and aerospace projects. She also served as an Assistant Professor at Delhi Technological University before joining Quest Global.

At Quest Global, Shruti has over five years of experience in speed supervision, data management, gateway control, and radio-based signaling systems. She has driven innovation, conducted knowledge-sharing sessions, and authored six research papers in national and international journals. Notable publications include “Future of Signaling – Embracing Innovation for Safer & Smarter Railways” and “Rail Signaling Systems & The Growing Need for Developing Systems of Systems.”

An avid reader, writer, and yoga practitioner, Shruti embodies the art of ‘JUGAAD’—resourceful problem-solving—and remains committed to creating safer, smarter rail systems, making a meaningful impact with every solution.
