I’ve always been someone who loved building things, solving problems, and pushing boundaries: whether it was in my career or in sports.

Growing up, I played everything from badminton to football. I wasn’t always the most skilled, but I had the drive to try, to show up, and to give it everything. That spirit stayed with me, even when life threw challenges I hadn’t prepared for.

In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that demanded a lifelong commitment to medication and lifestyle changes. It was overwhelming. But I chose to keep going, one step at a time. I found strength in the support of my family, in staying active, and in not letting other people’s assumptions define me.

When I joined Quest Global, I found that same sense of support at work. Here, I could just be myself. No labels, no limitations – just a space where I was trusted to do good work and given the flexibility to take care of myself too. That balance meant everything.

In 2021, I walked into a gym for the first time in years. I wanted to feel strong again. What started as a way to rebuild my energy soon turned into something much bigger. My trainer saw potential in me and introduced me to powerlifting. I’d never imagined myself in that world, but I gave it a try – and I’ve never looked back.

Since then, I’ve competed in four tournaments, winning three golds and a silver at the Pune District Level Powerlifting Competition.

None of this happened overnight. It took time, discipline, and a deep hunger to push past limits. But more than anything, it took belief, my own, my family’s, and the kind I’ve felt from the people I work with every day. At Quest Global, that shared aspiration to grow, to keep moving forward, is what keeps me going.

It’s a place where I can pursue my passion and my profession. For me, that’s the reason to believe.
