- The goal is to have a standardized format for assembly instructions that can be used by any assembler in any plant
SOLUTIONS
- Study & understand assembly sequences from drawing
- Capture necessary assembly views as asset in TC VisPro
- Import views from TC Vispro to Illustrator and add Part numbers
- Fill assembly instruction template with SAP data, Pictograms, Weld symbols and any additional text markups
- Provide critical dimensions for operator check
- Publish pdf and release SOI’s with formal signoff
