India, July, 1st 2013: Quest Global Engineering, a leading pure play engineering services provider headquartered in Singapore, today announced the appointment of Niketh Sundar as its Sr. Vice President – Human Resources. Niketh Sundar is an ex-naval fighter pilot and was a faculty member at the prestigious Defence Services Staff College. He joins Quest Global after a 10 years stint as the Global HR Head at UST Global.
In his current role, Niketh will be responsible for consolidating the fast growing and dynamic HR needs of Quest Global. Quest Global currently has over 4500 employees and will look at expansion of its operations organically and inorganically across the globe. He will be based out of Bangalore and lead HR imperatives of organizational growth and transformation, capability augmentation and sustainable leadership, creating an engaged workforce, and honing HR readiness to empower business success across geographies.Â

A graduate of the National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune, India, Niketh holds a Master’s degree in Defence & Strategic Studies and a post-graduate diploma in Business Management. He also holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, USA. In addition, he has completed Strategic HR Management courses from IIMs Kozhikode and Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad and also a certification from the Anderson School of Management, University of California, USA.
