Ajit Prabhu is the co-founder and CEO of Quest Global, a global engineering services firm providing innovative end-to-end solutions across several industry verticals. Under his mission-centric leadership, the company has grown from a two-person operation to 20,000+ extraordinary employees. Ajit has received laudable industry awards, including the T.I.E. Global Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and SICCI Outstanding Entrepreneur, both in 2014.

A staunch believer in the power of education, Ajit holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Karnataka University; two MS degrees, one in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University and one in biomedical engineering from RPI in Troy, New York; and an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt™.

When he is not engaged in business enterprises or community service activities, Ajit enjoys the serenity of underwater life as a certified scuba diver, spending time in his Japanese garden and quality time with his family.
