Andrew Lewis

Andrew is the President and Global Business Head for Transportation and leads our strategic plans and go-to-market solutions for the Automotive and Rail verticals. He drives the company’s growth by building high-performance engineering teams and developing new services and solutions to support our customers. He facilitates Quest Global’s strategy of partnering with customers to create additional value and increase the pace of product development through innovation.

Since joining Quest Global in 2013, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles across sales and delivery organizations. He spearheaded the global growth of their largest aerospace customer by developing new services and solutions to unlock additional value. Subsequently, he led both the Europe region and the global industrial engineering divisions. Most recently, Andrew managed the post-COVID recovery and growth of the Aerospace and Defense vertical, aligning customer needs with business goals to drive impactful results.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience across engineering sectors and has partnered with major OEMs in senior operating and sales roles spanning Europe, North America, and Asia. His background includes expertise in specialty materials, component manufacturing, MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) activities and engineering services.

Andrew holds a BEng (Hons) in Materials Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and studied in the International MBA program at Henley Management College in London.

A guiding principle for Andrew is that “great results can be achieved with small forces.” He believes in focusing on “First who, then what” and believes that each experience offers a chance to learn, adapt, and achieve greatness.
