Anupa Mathias

Anupa Mathias leads Quest Global’s inorganic growth through acquisitions, mergers, strategic investments and partnerships. She collaborates closely with company founders throughout the M&A lifecycle – assessing business & cultural fit, identifying & realizing business synergies, and leading org transformation & post-merger integration.

Since joining Quest Global in 2013, Anupa has co-architected two five-year strategic plans and incubated multiple initiatives from leadership hiring to sustainability. Her passion and forte are in establishing frameworks for new and growing initiatives by streamlining operations, building teams & capability and instituting playbooks. Most recently, Anupa built the post-merger integration practice at Quest Global, successfully leading the transformation and integration of several acquired companies across USA, Asia and Europe.

With over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, and corporate development, Anupa has also worked with industry giants like Tata Steel and the Times of India Group. She is a firm believer in continuous learning and personal growth, embodying Quest Global’s core values of hunger, humility and aspiration.

Anupa holds a postgraduate degree in business management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
