Aravind Melligeri is the co-founder and Board Member of Quest Global, where he drives growth and stability through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances. His focus on long-term strategic capabilities has positioned Quest Global as a leader in efficient global delivery services. By identifying emerging opportunities, Aravind led the company to innovate, including expanding into Design & Build services within its Engineering Services portfolio. His leadership was pivotal in establishing India’s first notified precision engineering Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Belagavi, Karnataka, initially launched as Quest Global Manufacturing and rebranded in 2014 as Aequs.
As the Executive Chairman & CEO of Aequs, Aravind created a groundbreaking Aerospace supply chain ecosystem, earning global recognition and the prestigious “Global Airbus Innovation Award” in 2016. Aequs has since expanded its global footprint, with operations across India, North America, and Europe, and has become a trusted partner for leading global OEMs. Passionate about economic development, Aravind diversified Aequs into the consumer sector in 2016, emerging as one of India’s top toy exporters. He established the Koppal Toy Cluster, India’s first dedicated toy manufacturing cluster, and expanded into cookware and consumer electronics with the Consumer Durable Goods Cluster in Hubballi, partnering with renowned global brands.
Aravind holds degrees from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, and Pennsylvania State University. Recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, he has received numerous accolades, including the ‘Young Achiever Award’ by the Indo-American Community, ‘Super Entrepreneur 2019’ by The Machinist Magazine, and the News18 Business Leader & Excellence Award in 2022. Most recently, Penn State College of Engineering honored him as an ‘Outstanding Engineering Alumnus’ in 2023 for his remarkable career and leadership. His vision and commitment to sustainable development have contributed significantly to India’s growth story.
