As a member of the Quest Global Board, Claudia will advise the Quest Global leadership across key aspects of the business, from strategy to operational performance, partnerships, and corporate governance.
Claudia has been with McKinsey & Company for 21 years and became a Senior Partner in 2010. Initially trained as a banker at Deutsche Bank, she joined McKinsey in 1995. In March 2016 she became a Board member of Hoffmann-La Roche and moved into an external advisor role to McKinsey. In April 2016 she became a Board member of Clariant, and a Board Member of Ramsay Health Care (international hospital operator) in November 2018. She also supports two start-ups in the medical space.
Most of Claudia’s recent work focuses on market entry or market growth strategies, business development, assessment of potential privatization assets in the health services arena, commercial excellence, organizational redesign and capability building, and operational performance improvement in hospitals. At Hoffmann-La Roche she is a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, at Clariant she is a member of the Compensation Committee and at Ramsay Health Care she is a member of the Risk Committee.
Claudia studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, as well as at ESADE, Barcelona, where she graduated with an MBA. She also holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen/University of Michigan Ann Arbor.
She is married, and is the mother of five children aged between 20 and 7.
