Dr. John Hillen

Dr. John Hillen recently joined Quest Global’s Board of Directors, bringing decades of leadership across the global aerospace, defense and national security sectors. He is a recognized authority in defense technology, corporate governance, business transformation and public policy, with a track record of building and guiding organizations that serve government, intelligence and defense customers worldwide.
His earlier career included leading defense technology companies including EverWatch and CEO of Sotera Defense Solutions where took the company public. John served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and served as a decorated U.S. Army officer. Today he is the Chairman of QinetiQ US and NTT DATA Federal Services, and as a Strategy Professor at Duke University.
Dr. Hillen holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Cornell University, a Master’s degree in War Studies from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. His strategic insight and deep understanding of mission-critical environments continue to strengthen Quest Global’s commitment to solving the world’s hardest aerospace engineering problems.
