Dushyanth (Dushy) Reddy

Dushy Reddy is the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Global Business Head – Semiconductors. He drives the organization’s foundational elements, including the development and implementation of 5-year plans and annual budgets, organic business and investments, and institutionalizing best-in-class and sustainable subsystems to build healthy Vertical Business Units. Dushy has tremendous experience scaling dynamic teams, building local alliances, and recruiting leaders worldwide. Quest Global has recognized his relentless pursuit of excellence by honoring him with our ‘Employee of the Decade’ award.

Dushy recently served as the Global Business Head for the Hi-Tech vertical, where he led the efforts to nurture and scale engagements with customers through consultative partnerships. After two decades in the field, he’s still passionate about iterative and innovative solutions for his customers’ problems and attracting top-tier engineers to join the team at Quest Global.

Dushy holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from IIT-Kharagpur, India.
