Dushy Reddy serves as the Chief Business Officer at Quest Global, where he leads the company’s mission of industrializing entrepreneurship and driving enterprise-wide growth. In this role, he partners closely with industry verticals to elevate client ideation, shape strategic investment in new opportunities, and develop the next generation of business leaders. He is deeply committed to building long-term partnerships with clients and aspires to be a trusted thinking partner.

With more than 25 years of experience at Quest Global, Dushy is recognized for establishing and scaling transformational, long-term customer partnerships and for leading high-performing global teams. His ability to learn from mistakes, simplify problems, challenge conventional thinking, and keeps teams focused on the few priorities that drive meaningful impact.

Previously, Dushy served as the Global Business Head for the Energy, Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, and Medical verticals, where he significantly expanded customer relationships through consultative solutioning and consistent execution. A problem-solver at heart, he continues to stay closely connected to customers and the engineering challenges they aim to address.

An engineer by training, Dushy believes performance and principles go together. His leadership approach is rooted in “first who, then what.” He also embraces imperfection and welcomes randomness as part of building and learning.
