Lindsey Gauthier

Lindsey Gauthier serves as General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. He facilitates all global legal, regulatory, and compliance activities and oversees the legal team. He provides strategic guidance on significant corporate initiatives, and looks after corporate governance and compliance matters.

Lindsey brings three decades of experience working with global teams in procurement, labor and employment, complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and integration. Before joining Quest Global, Lindsey worked with DuPont for over 28 years in various leadership roles. Before leaving DuPont, he was Vice-President and Associate General Counsel, leading the M&A, corporate governance, labor and employment, procurement, and Safety & Construction legal teams.

Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
