Lux is the Chief Operating Officer at Quest Global, where he leads global delivery, capability building, and corporate functions. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he plays a critical role in driving Quest Global’s talent strategy, expanding location footprints, and building scalable systems that enable sustainable growth.
With a strong track record of building and scaling businesses, Lux brings deep expertise in managing complex programs and leading diverse, high-performing teams across geographies.
Before joining Quest Global, he held key delivery leadership roles at Cognizant, spanning Asia, North America, and Europe. His experience in digital engineering and digital experience delivery earned him industry recognition for his ability to lead mission-critical programs, grow operations, and build teams that deliver impact at scale.
Known for his clear vision and client-first mindset, Lux is deeply committed to operational excellence and driving innovation across the organization. He recently joined the NASSCOM ER&D Council, where he contributes to shaping the future of engineering in India.
An alumnus of IIM Lucknow and BITS Pilani, Lux leads with humility, collaboration, and a passion for growth—qualities that continue to shape Quest Global’s journey forward.
