Dr Peter Koo is the Chief Leadership Officer at Quest Global, where he leads initiatives in leadership development and organizational capability building. With a passion for nurturing talent and shaping a positive culture, Peter is dedicated to developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth across the organization.

Bringing over three decades of global experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, Peter has deep expertise in leadership transformation and strategic management consulting. He has held senior roles at Booz Allen & Hamilton, A.T. Kearney, and Egon Zehnder, where he served as Senior Partner, advising CEOs and boards on leadership, succession, and organizational effectiveness.

Recognized for his ability to mentor leaders, build organizational capabilities, and cultivate high-performance cultures, Peter has a proven record in CEO succession planning, talent management, and designing leadership programs that create lasting impact.

Peter holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Management from Rutgers Business School, an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science: Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
