Rob Vatter is the Executive President of Quest Global, overseeing day-to-day operations and steering cultural and operational initiatives across our company. Rob excels in inclusive leadership, committing to strategies that empower employees while aligning business practices and technologies with long-term objectives.
Rob brings over 35 years of executive leadership experience within technology services, shepherding companies through large scale growth on a global scale. Prior to joining Quest Global he served as the Executive Vice President for Cognizant Technology Solutions, running a $3.3B Global Business. At Cognizant, Rob was responsible for partner development, bi-lateral arrangements across product development, and go-to market activities for brand positioning. He has led P&L in a multitude of companies and across geographies, including ClickFox and ALTRAN, leveraging a key understanding of different types of revenue motions – ranging from T and M to Managed Services to License ACV/ARR sales.
Rob is a master at leading companies through change, including large-scale growth and industry-first market launches on a global scale. He is a firm believer in leading from the front, rolling up his sleeves to exemplify an action-oriented work ethic and never asks anyone to do something he isn’t prepared to do himself. Rob prides himself on being approachable and empathetic, connecting with his employees and remaining present to drive substantive change in workplace culture. People-centric workplace policy has been a staple of his executive career, with Rob bringing experience with establishing scalable processes to successfully establish data-driven performance-based cultures. At ALTRAN, he overhauled the compensation plan for sales and delivery to target metrics that spoke to the holistic performance of employees that led to empowered teams.
