Sabine Kohleisen

Sabine is a global automotive executive, bringing more than three decades of leadership across enterprise transformation, corporate governance, organizational leadership and talent development. She has guided large-scale business transformations while building leadership capability and driving customer and commercial excellence across global organizations.

Throughout her career, Sabine has led global operations, strategy, sales, corporate governance and human resources. She specializes in partnering with executive leadership to align people, organization and business strategy in complex multinational environments, turning ambitious goals into measurable outcomes.

Sabine’s earlier career spanned a range of senior roles at Mercedes-Benz. She served as Member of the Board of Management and Human Relations and Labor Director, Chief Executive Officer of Mercedes-Benz Own Retail Germany and Director of the Corporate Office. Sabine’s positions across strategy, sales and human resources, has resulted in helping to shape one of the world’s most respected automotive brands.

Sabine holds a degree in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
