Tom Brown

Tom is a global HR expert, and has been instrumental in developing a leadership and succession ecosystem for Quest Global, producing the right leaders to ensure a sustainable, scalable organization.

He has remarkable experience in leading global HR functions across multiple geographies including Europe, US, Africa and Australia. He specializes in partnering with CEOs to position the HR function so as to play its pivotal role in maximizing business performance.

Tom joined Quest Global in 2017. His earlier career was spent in a variety of human resources roles with companies such as Mobil Corporation, BHP, Allied Domecq PLC, and Rolls-Royce, wherein he had led transformation programs in both high growth and turnaround environments.

Tom holds a Master of Arts degree (French) from Aberdeen University.
