Engineering the Digital Thread for Next-Gen Naval Superiority

Quest Global enabled a fully connected digital engineering ecosystem by integrating MBSE, PLM, and MBE strategies across the naval product lifecycle, improving deployment efficiency and programme alignment. Through embedded leadership, joint IPT collaboration, and cross-domain best practices, the programme accelerated delivery readiness while strengthening long-term mission support capabilities.

Bridging the Legacy Gap for the UK Defence Nuclear Enterprise

Quest Global provided agile engineering support to modernise legacy dockyard infrastructure and accelerate readiness for future nuclear submarine defuel operations. By rapidly mobilising technical teams and introducing modern systems-thinking approaches, the programme improved operational efficiency, delivery alignment, and future scalability.

Scaling Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Teams through Integrated Governance

Quest Global implemented a governance-led delivery model to scale multi-disciplinary engineering capability across systems, software, firmware, and hardware while maintaining accountability and delivery consistency. The approach improved flexibility, enabled remote engineering support through a dedicated delivery hub, and allowed seamless expansion into adjacent work packages.
