Sudhakara Reddy Varikuti

Sudhakara is a senior aerospace and defence leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex engineering programmes across the product lifecycle, from concept development and design through manufacturing, testing, certification, and in-service support. Throughout his career, he has led global engineering teams, driven operational transformation initiatives, and partnered with industry-leading aerospace organisations to improve programme performance, quality, and delivery excellence.

Prior to joining Quest Global, Sudhakara held leadership positions with Rolls-Royce and Infosys, where he was responsible for engineering delivery, business operations, supplier strategy, and organisational capability development across major aerospace programmes. He brings extensive international experience across the UK and India, with deep expertise in aero-engine development, engineering operations, customer engagement, and business excellence. At Quest Global, he works closely with aerospace and defence customers to accelerate innovation, strengthen engineering outcomes, and support long-term strategic growth.
