James Gallo

James Gallo is a seasoned business growth leader with nearly three decades of experience in outsourced engineering, software, and digital services. As Vice President of Business Development at Quest Global, he partners with strategic customers across automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare to design outsourcing roadmaps that deliver near- and long-term value. His career spans roles in business development, European delivery, and M&A integration, where he led the efficient integration of acquired companies worldwide and helped position Quest Global as a serial acquirer of choice in the engineering services market.

James brings extensive cross-cultural experience, having worked across the USA, India, Germany, Spain, and Japan. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years as a Senior Engineer at GE, contributing to nuclear energy, corporate R&D, and gas turbine programs as an Edison Engineering program graduate. He is also a named inventor on a U.S. patent for optical disc injection molding.

He holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on thermal sciences, and studied at Columbia Engineering and MIT. Known for cultivating long-term client relationships and developing talent, James is passionate about customer success and building high-growth, results-oriented teams.
