Case studies
Quest Global developed a production-ready platform software and SDK for a semiconductor customer, specializing in ADAS applications on multiple SoCs. The applications included smart helmets, pedestrian detection, driver monitoring systems, autonomous driving localization among others. The company showcased its hardware capabilities in image processing, such as ISP, IMR, IMP, CNN, sensor integration, and sensor fusion. It allowed the customer to showcase products to OEMs and win new businesses.

Quest Global assisted an OEM in transitioning their vehicles to ‘managed devices’ for subscription-based fast feature cycles. We implemented service-oriented communication, modified the Android-based head unit, and successfully migrated programs, to enable SDV features with minimal changes to their existing, Domain-Centric E/E Architecture ensuring product integrity.

When a European OEM encountered quality issues and user complaints and wanted to improve their current and future infotainment head units, Quest Global proposed a factory model for testing. This approach helped reduce the time to market by 10% and the testing volume by 30%. With a dedicated Centre of Competence and a global testing team, we showcased process maturity, expedited bug triaging, and effective defect management.
